Aaron Alexander Graham, 24, of North Vernon passed away at 1:50 a.m. on Monday, May 28, 2018, in Paris Crossing.
Born June 4, 1993, in Fernandina Beach, Florida, Mr. Graham was the son of Dewey Graham Jr and Stacy Dailey Batts.
Mr. Graham was a 2012 graduate of Jennings County High School and was employed on the assembly line for Cummins Fuel Systems in Columbus for one year; he had previously worked for Seymour Tubing in Seymour for one year and N.V.I.C. (North Vernon Industry Corp.) in North Vernon for two years. He enjoyed playing video games, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his son.
Survivors include his son, Chance Michael Graham of Seymour, parents, Dewey (Shannon) Graham of Columbus and Stacy (Frank) Batts of Paris Crossing; fiancé, Nickie Woodson of North Vernon; brothers, Matt (Chelsea Day) Graham of Paris Crossing, Caleb Joseph Graham of Ohatchee, Alabama; sisters, Amber (Gilbert) Hawkins, Sarah Graham, Kassandra Batts, Maryam Batts and Harley Batts all of Paris Crossing; Megan (Kyle) Grunden and Wendy (Sammy) Combest both of North Vernon and Mindy Batts of Seymour; grandparents, Donald E. Ray Jr. and Gaile Ray both of North Vernon and Nancy (Phil Johantgen) Weaver of Fernandina Beach, Florida and great-grandma, Gladys Coffey of Scipio.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Dewey Graham Sr., John Coffey and Gary Dailey.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2018, at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home for a college fund to be established for Chance Graham.
