Bonnie Lou (Gaylen) Graham

Bonnie Lou Graham, 63, of North Vernon passed away at 1:35 a.m. on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility in Columbus.

Born April 12, 1954 in Columbus, Mrs. Graham was the daughter of Forrest and Mary Elkins Galyen. She married Robert Graham on April 17, 1972 in Springfield, Tennessee. He survives.

Mrs. Graham was a 1972 graduate of Jennings County High School. She worked for Arvin Sango in Madison for four years, the former Muscatatuck State Developmental Center in Butlerville for several years, Regal Rugs, Erler’s Industries and Webster West Packaging all in North Vernon. She was a member of Burnt Pines Community Church in North Vernon. Mrs. Graham enjoyed fishing, mushroom hunting, and family time with kids and grandkids, playing cards and dice, singing and gardening.

Surviving with her husband, Robert are sons, Jason Graham and Robert J. (Regina) Graham both of North Vernon; daughter, Stella Graham of North Vernon; brothers, Eddie (Kathy) Galyen of Houston, Texas, Larry (Sue) Galyen of Columbus, and Carl Galyen of Lovett; sisters, Donna (Phil) Corya of Ormond Beach, Florida and Cheryl Creech of Seymour; grandchildren, Taylor Wade, Natalie Hamilton, Joseph Graham, Christopher Graham, Katelynn Graham, Logan Graham, Brice Graham all of North Vernon and Robert Graham of Dupont and great-grandchild, Paisley Graham of North Vernon.

She was preceded in death by Parents, a son Forrest Anthony Graham, brothers, Gene Galyen and Johnny Ray Galyen

A graveside service for Mrs. Graham will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 24, 2017 in the Dupont Cemetery in Dupont with the Rev. Dan Corbin officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service in the cemetery. Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon were entrusted to the care of these arrangements.

Memorials may be made in honor of Mrs. Graham through the funeral home for expenses.
