Donna (Caudill) Henry

Donna Henry, 69, of North Vernon, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at her residence.

Born April 6, 1949 in Salyersville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Warden and Reva Collett Caudill. Donna was a 1967 Vernon High School graduate and had worked as a greeter for ten years at the Seymour Wal-Mart Supercenter, on the assembly lines of both Aisin in Seymour and Cosco in Columbus for fifteen years each, and at ITT Thompson Industries in North Vernon. Donna was a member of Vernon Baptist Church and enjoyed playing bingo and cards, crocheting, gardening, attending church, and spending time with her grandkids. She was a UK fan.

Survivors include sons, Jason Henry and Cory (Kimberly) Henry, both of North Vernon, and Donnie (Reighnettia) Henry of Greensburg; daughters, Kimberly (William) Griffin and Megan Henry, both of North Vernon; brother, William (Candy) Caudill of Brewersville; sisters, Regina (Glen) Short and Mitzie (John) Dillon, both of North Vernon; grandchildren, Erica Henry, Jadyn Henry, Tyler Henry, Logan Henry, and Kenzie Henry, all of Commiskey, Michaela Henry of Greensburg, Santana Griffin, Breana (Austin) Nienaber, Taeghan Bolding, Lakota Henry, Layton Henry, and Kaeden Henry, all of North Vernon; and eight great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Danny Caudill; and grandson, Kyle Feiles.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 18, 2019, at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service with Rev. Don Morris and Rev. Mark Sorrells officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday, March 17, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Monday. Burial will be in Vernon Cemetery.
