Douglas Wade Obituary

Douglas Eugene Wade, 59, of North Vernon, passed away on Thursday, January 24, 2019, in North Vernon.

Born December 14, 1959 in Bloomington, he was the son of Rosia Katherine (Whitaker) Wall and the late Harry Franklin Wade.

He graduated from Madison High School in 1978 and served in the United States Army.

Surviving with his mother, Rosia Wall of Martinsville, is his step-father, James Wall of Martinsville, and his brothers, Ralph Wade of New Castle and Victor Wade of California.

He was preceded in death by his father.

In keeping with the family’s wishes, cremation is planned. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Dove-Sharp and Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
