Gary, you were such an inspiration for me and all others around you with the strength and determination you had throughout all of your life. You fought the good fight and now you are enjoying your eternal reward. I will always remember all the times you played jokes on me sometimes scaring me half to death. Joye, you were the perfect soulmate for Gary and I appreciate all you did throughout the years for him. I will be praying for you and the kids and if you need anything, please let me know.

Gary was such a good man, great father and awesome husband to my sister. He will be greatly missed. All his silly little jokes, of course my favorite being the yes/no thing he did. While he said one or the other he shook his head the opposite way. I never knew if he was being serious or not and I never could do it like him. He became like a brother to me. I will always carry a piece of him in my heart.
