Kellie Lee (Green) Cummins

Kellie Lee Cummins, 51, of Butlerville passed away on Friday, May 18, 2018 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility in Columbus.

Born November 8, 1966 in Bridgeton, New Jersey, Mrs. Cummins was the daughter of Andrew Jacob Green and Lorraine Davis Van Pelt.  She married Williams H. Cummins IV. He preceded her in death on September 6, 2008.

Mrs. Cummins worked as an LPN for Jennings Health Care Center in North Vernon. She was a member of A.B.A.T.E.  Mrs. Cummins enjoyed gardening, walking dogs, she had a love of animals.

Survivors include her son, Billy Cummins of Butlerville; father, Andrew Green of Henderson, Nevada; mother, Lorraine Van Pelt of North Vernon; brother, Vincent (Michelle) Green of North Vernon; sisters, Heather (Dan) Simpkins of North Vernon and Leslie Van Pelt of Elsinboro, New Jersey; special friend/caregiver, Susan Simpson of Butler, Missouri; nephews, D.J. Simpkins, Devon Liston and Christian Liston all of North Vernon.

In keeping with her wishes cremation is planned with a memorial service to be held at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon.
