Theresa Ann (Kelly) Ramey

Theresa Ann Ramey, 79, of North Vernon passed away on Monday, April 02, 2018 at her residence.

Born January 10, 1939 in Indianapolis, Mrs. Ramey was the daughter of Francis Leo and Ellen Jean Hybarger Kelly. She married John David Ramey on August 27, 1977 in Nashville, he preceded her in death on September 25, 2017

Mrs. Ramey was the owner of Weddings Past and Present in North Vernon for 20 years and had worked for the North Vernon Wal-Mart Store for three years. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in North Vernon. Mrs. Ramey enjoyed her grandchildren.

Survivors include sons, Barry St. John and Danny (Dawn) St John both of Jasonville; daughters, Kimberly (Dennis) Tyger of Greensburg, Victoria Collins of Terre Haute, Cindy Moran of Seymour, Kelly St. John and Michelle McCrory both of North Vernon and Jonette Vagts of Maryland; brother, James Moran of Morgantown; twenty-one grandchildren; forty great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Dennis Winkley; grandsons, Keghan McCrory, Michael Simmons, Ralph Taryn Collins and Shade Collins.

A funeral service for Mrs. Ramey will be conducted at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 6, 2018, at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon. Family and Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, April 6, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. until time of service. A Rosary Service will be held at 4:45 p.m. on Friday.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility or St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
