Thomas Ledford "Tommy" Golden Sr.

Thomas Ledford "Tommy" Golden Jr., 56, of North Vernon passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2018, at his residence.

Born November 18, 1961 in Seymour, Mr. Golden was the son of Barbara England Golden and the late Thomas Ledford Golden Sr. He married Frances Jeannie Short on November 18, 1989, in Letts; she survives.

Mr. Golden worked in construction and worked breaking horses. He enjoyed playing guitar, horses, watching TV and football, especially the Indianapolis Colts, playing video games, and he loved family time.

Surviving with his wife, Frances Jeannie Golden are, his sons, Aaron (Melissa) Golden of Vernon, Devin Golden, Paul Shane Golden and Andrew Golden all of North Vernon and Robby (Angela) Dalrymple of Alabama; daughter, Jamie (Odi) Grajales of North Vernon; his mother, Barbara England Golden of North Vernon; brother, Gregory Golden of North Vernon; sister, Leisa Golden of Ohio; grandchildren, Jaden Dalrymple of Alabama, Arionna Golden, Brayden Golden, and Isaiah Tungate all of North Vernon, and Gibson Thomas Golden of Vernon; several nieces and nephews including, nephew, Donnie Grigsby Sr. of North Vernon.

He was preceded in death by his father.

A funeral service for Mr. Golden will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at the Dove- Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Family and Friends may call on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, from 4:00 p.m. until time of service.
