Amelia Ashley Jo Smith

Amelia Ashley Jo Smith, stillborn daughter of Samantha and Daniel Smith Jr., passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus.

Surviving with her parents, Samantha and Daniel Smith Jr. of Butlerville are her brothers, Mason and Bentley Garland of Butlerville, and Elijah Smith of North Vernon; her sisters, Delaney Garland of Butlerville and Mackenzie Smith of Hayden; grandparents, Cathy and Paul Copley and Rita Kuntz, all of Butlerville, and Daniel Smith Sr. of Scipio; great-grandparents, Kathleen Myer of Commiskey and Gary and Carol Smith of Azalia; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Benny Kuntz and Benjamin Bowling.

In keeping with her family’s wishes, cremation is planned and no services to be held at this time. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North Vernon.
