Billy Lee Sexton III

Billy Lee Sexton III, 32, of North Vernon, passed away on January 1, 2024, in North Vernon.

Born October 8, 1991, in Franklin, he was the son of Billy Sexton Jr. and Edith Charlene (Riffel) Sexton.

Billy worked in sales for JR Drivers in North Vernon for two years and had worked at N.V.I.C. in North Vernon for three years. He enjoyed working with knives, making jewelry, mushroom hunting and spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Surviving with his parents are, brother, James (Melanie) Sexton of Columbus; companion, Samantha Downs of North Vernon; son, Mathias Wayne Sexton; sisters, Decila (Jarrett) Cordele of Hanover and Charlene (Richard) Pickett of Edinburgh and his nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North Vernon.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home in honor of Billy for expenses.
