Debra Carol (Perkinson) Wright

Debra Carol Wright, 66, of Vernon, passed away at 8:07 p.m. on Saturday, November 13, 2021, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

Born December 30, 1954, in Columbus, she was the daughter of Robert and Carol (Ryan) Perkinson. She married Todd Wright on March 7, 1997, in Vernon; he survives.

Debra was a 1972 graduate of Columbus East High School and was a homemaker and housewife. She enjoyed cooking and watching court TV and Judge Judy.

Surviving with her husband, Todd Wright, are sons, David (Crystal) Gresham and Bobby (Jeanetta) Gresham, both of North Vernon; daughter, Kelli (Brian) Ritter of Bloomington; brother, Mike (Regina) Perkinson of Seymour; twelve grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation for Debra will be conducted from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North Vernon.
