Obituary
Elbert Wayne “Bubba” Mitchell II, 41, of North Vernon, passed away on March 6, 2023, at his residence.
Born February 15, 1982, in Madison, he was the son of Elbert W. Mitchell and the late Delores (Purdue) Mack.
Elbert worked for Erler Industries in North Vernon and enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Survivors include his son, Elbert W. Mitchell III of Marengo; daughters, Ariel (Ethan Hunt) Mitchell of Marengo and Beck Weiss of Paoli; father, Elbert Mitchell of North Vernon; sisters, Pamela Mitchell and Leigh-Ann Mitchell, both of North Vernon.
He was preceded death by his mother, grandparents, Rawleigh and Viola Mitchell and Bill and Dora Mack.
In keeping with his and his family’s wishes, cremation is planned with no service to be held at this time. Arrangements were in care of Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North Vernon.
Memorials may be made in honor of Elbert through the funeral home for expenses.
