Geraldine Diane (Belske) Sullivan

Geraldine Diane Sullivan, 84, of Seymour and previously of Chicago, Illinois, passed away at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at Seymour Place.

Born October 31, 1937, in Chicago, she was the daughter of Stanley and Margaret (Pitzen) Belske. She married Bernard Sullivan in 1978 in Chicago; he preceded her in death in 2017.

Geraldine worked as a cashier for Kmart in Chicago and was also a member of the Catholic Church in Chicago. She enjoyed collecting, cooking, and sewing.

She is survived by her sisters, Mona Gillmer of North Vernon and Cynthia Teske of Arizona.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and siblings, Lucille, Stanley Jr., and John.

In keeping with her and her family’s wishes, cremation is planned with no services to be held at this time. Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services were entrusted to the care of these arrangements.

Memorials may be made in Geraldine’s honor through the funeral home to help with expenses.
