Jeffery Lynn Winget

Jeffery Lynn Winget, 57, of North Vernon, passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021, at Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus.

Born November 12, 1963. In Greensburg, he was the son of Ronnie and Brenda Joyce (Sexton) Winget. He married Misty Woodson on April 12, 2008, in Pekin, Illinois; she survives.

Jeffery was currently working on the assembly line at Hilex in North Vernon for the past two years. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family and friends.

Surviving with his wife, Misty are his daughters, Brandy McCoy of Virginia, and Kaley Winget of North Vernon; brother, George Winget of Columbus; sisters, Shari Mullins, Sarah Ping, and Brenda Bramble, all of Columbus; grandchildren, Marissa and Larissa McCoy, and Terry Robey, all of Virginia and two great-grandchildren.

A funeral service for Jeffery will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 15, 2021, at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North Vernon. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, October 14, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Friday. Burial will follow in the Hayden Cemetery in Hayden.

Memorials may be made in honor of Jeffery through the funeral home for expenses.
