Jeffrey Charles Buckley

Jeffrey Charles Buckley, 52, of North Vernon, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at his residence.

Born December 8, 1972, in Columbus he was the son of Charles Byron Buckley and the late Elaine Joyce (Gordon) Buckley.

Jeffrey graduated with a bachelor's degree in English and a minor in Biblical Studies from Pacific Christian College. He was a substitute teacher. Jeffrey enjoyed music, especially collecting vinyl records was a special interest. He also loved the oceanside and Pacific Northwest Coast.

Survivors include his father, Charles Byron Buckley and his sister, Tamara Elaine Buckley and her husband Tom.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Elaine Joyce Buckley and his brother, James Byron Buckley.

A memorial service for Jeffrey will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North Vernon. The visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. 

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the North Vernon Christian Church.
