Jenneil Nichole Jackson, 31, of North Vernon, passed away at 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 3, 2020, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Born February 12, 1989, in Columbus, the daughter of Tamantha (Tungate) Lotton and the late John A. Jackson.
Jenneil received her GED and was attending Ivy Tech Community College. She enjoyed drawing, poetry, tattoos, listening to music, being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her sons, Bryan Jackson-Tungate and Jordan Britton, both of North Vernon, Isaiah Golden-Tungate of Louisville; daughter, Jaydan Lotton of Brownstown; mother, Tamantha (David) Lotton of Brownstown; brothers, Alexander (Brittany Divine) Trilling of Seymour; and John C. Jackson of North Vernon; sisters, Angie Jackson of Seymour and Kirstin Trilling of Louisville; grandparents, Clifton and Edith Tungate of North Vernon; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father; sister, Jonrah Gambrel; and grandparents, Willard and Pauline Jackson.
A funeral service will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2020, at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North Vernon with Warren Lucas officiating. Family and Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 6, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. In compliance with CDC COVID-19 guidelines, only 25 people will be allowed in the funeral home at a time.
