Jennifer Christine Fugate

Jennifer Christine Fugate, 34, of North Vernon, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2020, at her residence.

Born November 24, 1985, in Fort Hood, Texas, she was the daughter of Laura (Powers) Lee. She married Larry Fugate on October 17, 2014, in French Lick; he survives.

Jennifer was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in North Vernon. She enjoyed being a mother, making crafts, refinishing furniture and animal rescue.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Fugate of North Vernon; son, Jacob William Frederick Burton of North Vernon; daughters, Holly Renee Burton and Noelle Cross Fugate both of North Vernon; her mother, Laura (Sean) Lee of Elizabethtown; grandparents, Frederick and Dorothy Ann Jackson of Columbus.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Zoey Dennise McCollum.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 24, 2020, at the Rudicel Family Event Center in North Vernon from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.  Burial will be in the Vernon Cemetery at a later date. Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North Vernon was entrusted with the arrangements.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to expenses.
