Jordan Alexander Mull, 28, of Columbus, passed away at 11:35 a.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at his residence.
Born July 31, 1997, in Seymour, he was the son of Kevin Mull and Mary Campbell. He married Halie Leeanna Johnson on September 23, 2023, in Jennings County; she preceded him in death on February 23, 2026.
Jordan was a 2016 graduate of Jennings County High School and was stay at home dad to his three sons and worked as a mechanic on the side. He loved working on cars and taking tractors rides with his sons. He was a member of the Jennings County High School Swim Team and loved teaching and taking his sons swimming. He and the boys liked to go to the park to ride bikes and go to his sister Ashley’s house to go fishing. The 4th of July was his favorite holiday and proposed to Halie on the 4th.
Survivors include his sons, Ezreal Mathew Alexander Harrod-Mull, Jackson Jayce Harrod-Mull, and Henry Knox Mull, all of Columbus; father, Kevin Mull (Phyllis Brock) of Austin; mother, Mary Campbell of Illinois; brothers, Derek Mull and Ryan (Hailey) Mull of Crothersville; his sisters Ashley (Brandon) Bush of Lexington, and Angela Campbell of Ohio; nieces and nephews, Flora, Willow, Janetta, Robert “Robbie”, Carson, Emmalyne “Emma”, Robin and Paisley; aunts and uncles, Julia and David Murphy of Seymour, Kathy and Michael Boyce of Columbus, and Sarah Mars of Illinois; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his wife Halie; and grandparents, Robert “Bob” Mull, Marlene Mull, Betty Campbell and Ronnie Campbell.
Funeral service for Jordan will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North Vernon. The visitation for family and friends will be on Tuesday, from 5:00 p.m. until the start of the service..
Memorials may be made in honor of Jordan through the funeral home for help with funeral expenses.
