Justin Robert Watts

Justin Robert Watts, 44, of North Vernon, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2024.

He was born on December 3, 1979, in Seymour, Indiana. Justin's biggest joys consisted of spending time with his wife, Lisha, their three children, and many family members. He loved going on many adventures as a family to various zoos and science museums. He enjoyed attending concerts with his wife, listening to Harlan play music, watching Marvel movies with Sawyer, and being mesmerized by Stella in her performances. He also loved playing card games, cooking, and volunteering with the Democrat Party and advocating for the future he believes in for our country. 

Justin was a 1998 graduate of Jennings County High School and attended culinary school. He also attended Purdue University, receiving his degree in restaurant management. He worked at ECO Lab, where he traveled as a private health inspector for over 10 years. Justin was a member of the Jennings County Democrat Party.

Justin was a loving husband, dad, son, son in-law, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He was loved and adored by his family and friends. 

He leaves behind his wife, Lisha; his three children, Harlan, Sawyer, and Stella Watts, all of North Vernon; his parents, Robert and Judy Watts of North Vernon; and his brother, Travis (Ana Lucia) Watts and their 3 children of North Vernon.

 In keeping with his and his family’s wishes, Justin will be taken to Colorado where composting is planned. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home was entrusted with these arrangements.

Memorials donations may be made in honor of Justin through the funeral home to the Jennings County Democrat Party.
