Kenda Ann Webb, 59, of North Vernon, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility in Columbus.
Born August 21, 1960 in Seymour, Kenda was the daughter of the late Kenneth Von Craft, Sr. and Joan Jordan Low. She married Jeffery Webb on October 17, 1992 in Vernon and he survives.
Kenda was a 1978 graduate of Jennings County High School and had worked at Sonoco for 7 years, Muscatatuck State Hospital as a DST for 11 years, and worked in maintenance and janitorial positions for Country Squire Lakes. She enjoyed flower gardening, fish ponds, hummingbirds and butterflies, cooking, and being outdoors, especially to listen to the rain falling.
Survivors include her husband, Jeff Webb; son Spencer David Webb of North Vernon; daughters Wendy Lynn (Shane) Forwalt, Sr. of North Vernon and Farren Rae Webb of Florida; mother Joan Low of North Vernon; sisters Michelle (Randy) Duncil of Butlerville and Holly (Richard) Rothert of Indiana; grandchildren Jordan Hamilton and Gregg Frost both of Florida, Faith Forwalt, Gracie Forwalt, Hope Forwalt, and Shane Forwalt, Jr. all of North Vernon.
Kenda was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Von Craft, Sr, and brothers Kenneth Von Craft, Jr. and Kenneth Dale Low.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon with Rev. Dale Boyd officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made through the funeral home to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
