Kevin Joseph Peters

Kevin Joseph Peters, 63, of North Vernon, passed away on May 27, 2024, at his residence.

Born November 1, 1960, in Chicago, Illinois, he was the son Terry Peters and Sylvia (Foxx) Peters.

Kevin worked in food service, laborer, Unilever, and restaurants. He owned and operated From Soup to Nuts in Nashville, (Brown County). He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Kevin enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing the guitar.

Survivors include his son, Mark Peters of Munster; his daughter, Jennifer (Timothy) Sandrey of Valparaiso; former spouse, Lori Ann Peters; grandchildren, Luna Sandrey and Syrus Sandrey, both of Valparaiso.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

In keeping with his and his family’s wishes, cremation is planned with no service to be held at this time. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North Vernon.
