Larry Cash Obituary

Larry Thomas Cash, 77, of North Vernon, passed away at 9:20 a.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2020, at his residence.

He was born April 10, 1943, in Eatonton, Georgia, and was the son of William and Martha Inez (Jones) Cash. He married Sheree Keyes on September 11, 1993, in Lake Tahoe, Nevada; she survives.

Larry was a 1961 graduate of Columbus High School and served in the National Guard for 4 years. He serviced vending machines for Coin World in California. He enjoyed doing yardwork, fishing, hunting, and watching old western movies and NASCAR.

Survivors include his wife, Sheree Cash of North Vernon; children, Nicolle Cash of North Vernon, John (Debbie) Cash of Washington D.C., and Joe (Shelley) Cash of St. Johns; siblings, Jennifer Morgan of Taylorsville and Willie (Pat) Jones of Eatonton, Georgia; and grandchildren, Brianna, Kayla, Devon, Christian and Hannah.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

In keeping with his and his family’s wishes, cremation is planned with no services to be held at this time. Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North Vernon were entrusted with the care of these arrangements.

Memorials may be made in honor of Larry through the funeral home to Mercy Rescue and Adoption Inc.
