Larry Watts, 70, of North Vernon, passed away at 4:07 p.m. on Thursday, February 4, 2021, at Kings Daughter’s Hospital in Madison.
Born November 6, 1950, in Letcher County, Kentucky, he was the son of Willard and Bertha (Nease) Watts.
Larry worked on the factory line for Arvin’s. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his son, Charlie (Jennifer) Watts of North Vernon; daughter, Ronda Wyatt of North Vernon; brothers, Manuel (Janetta) Watts of Westport, Freddie Watts of Premium, Kentucky and Tony (Betty) Watts of Blackey, Kentucky; sisters, Beulah (Lawrence) Montgomery of North Vernon, Mary (Larry) Jones of Hyden, Kentucky, Barbara Watts of Indianapolis, and Judy (Ray) Frodge of Taylorsville; grandchildren, Justin (Belinda) Wyatt, Kerrigan Wyatt, Kayla Watts, and Ariel Watts, all of North Vernon; and great grandchild, Alaina Chandler of North Vernon.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters, Helen Mayfield, and Linda, Brenda and Sarah Watts.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 8, 2021, at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service. There will be a private graveside service in Vernon Cemetery in Vernon.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home in honor of Larry to the Riley Children’s Hospital.
