Michael Paul Turner

Michael Paul Turner, 33, of North Vernon passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at his residence.

Born February 3, 1987, in Bedford, he was the son of Luann (Gross) Taylor and the late Raymond Earl Turner.

Michael attended Jennings County High School and worked for Webster West Packaging for ten years. He enjoyed watching races and fishing.

Michael is survived by his mother, Luann (Marty) Taylor of London, Kentucky; daughters, Kayley Turner and Kinsley Turner, both of North Vernon; girlfriend, Tiffani Vanosdol of North Vernon; brother, Derek (Wendi Hunt) Turner of London, Kentucky; nephew, Scott Turner of London, Kentucky; grandparents, Robert and Marilyn Turner of Heltonville, and Beverly Gross of London, Kentucky.

He was preceded in death by his father and grandfather, Tilmon Gross.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 22, 2020, at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North Vernon with the Rev. Richard Burcham officiating. Family and Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, May 22, 2020, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in the Vernon Cemetery. In compliance with CDC COVID-19 guidelines, only 25 people will be allowed in the funeral home at a time. We thank our families for their continued cooperation during these difficult times as we strive to help keep our community safe.
