Orville Stillabower Obituary

Orville Lee Stillabower, 63, of North Vernon, passed away on September 11, 2022, at his residence.

Born April 2, 1959, in Columbus, he was the son of the late, Orville and Phyllis Stillabower. He married Angela Johnson on August 14, 2004, in Columbus; she survives.

Orville served in the U.S. Army from 1975 to 1981. He was a self-employed roofer for several years. Orville enjoyed collecting Mark Martin NASCAR memorabilia and watching wrestling.

Surviving with his wife Angela are sons, Chase Stillabower of Columbus and Toby Kreiger of North Vernon; daughters, Chelsey Stillabower and Jessica (Dustin) Crider, both of Columbus and Ashley (Kris) Lentz of North Vernon; brothers, Ron (Kathy) Stillabower of Columbus and Randall (Richelle) Stillabower of Kentucky; sisters, Jean (Randy) Feller of Seymour and Loretta (Bobby) Lucas of Columbus; fourteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Amberly Napier; son, Shane Caudill; and brother, Gary Stillabower.

Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, in the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Madison. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
