Pamela Jo (Ingram) Rayburn

Pamela Jo Rayburn, 64, of Seymour, passed away at 8:45 a.m. on April 26, 2025, at her residence.

Born January 16, 1961, in Seymour, she was the daughter of Patricia (Trotter) Ingram and the late Vernon Ingram. She married Jeffrey Rayburn on February 19, 1983, at Hayden Baptist Church; he survives.

Pam graduated from Jennings County High School in 1979 and graduated from Indiana State University with an Elementary Education degree in 1982. She was a homemaker and housewife. Pam was a member of Graham Baptist Church in Butlerville. She enjoyed visiting Presidential Historical Sites, and the zoo and she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Surviving with her husband, Jeffrey, are her sons, Matthew (Erin Lehman) Rayburn of Franklin and Christopher (Erin) Rayburn of Seymour; mother, Patricia Ingram of Butlerville; brother, Lee (Beth) Ingram of Schoolcraft, Michigan; sister, Vicki (Jim) McAdams of Lansdowne, Maryland; brothers-in-law, Bob (Debbie) Rayburn of Westfield, Scott (Marie) Rayburn of North Vernon, and John (Kelly) Rayburn of Chicago, Illinois; sister-in-law, Connie Rayburn of North Vernon; grandchildren, Myles Rayburn and Wesley Rayburn, both of Seymour; aunt, Tammi (Bob) Kleber of Seymour; and  several nephews, nieces, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father.

A funeral service for Pam will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North Vernon with the Rev. W. Sherman Beville officiating. The visitation for family and friends will be on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow in the Graham Baptist Cemetery in Butlerville.

Memorials may be made in honor of Pam through the funeral home to I.U. Health Foundation for the Simon Cancer Center, Schneck Foundation Hospice, or Jackson County Library.
