Paul Arthur Boatright

Paul Arthur Boatright, 69, of North Vernon, passed away on July 7, 2023, at his residence.

Born December 15, 1953, in Batesville, he was the son of Frank and Lillian (Thomas) Boatright.

Paul worked making car dashboards and laminate at Saw Mill in Edinburgh before retiring. He enjoyed watching wrestling and loved the Undertaker. Paul also enjoyed watching NASCAR and his favorites were Dale Earnhardt Sr. and Jr. and Jeff Gordon.  

Survivors include his stepchildren, Richard Leach, Billy Jo Johnston and Eula Leach; brother, Dale Boatright; sisters, Bonnie Walker and Ruth Cyrus; step-grandchildren, Kristen Claire King, Kendall Landon King, Gracie Faye Johnston, Chance Eugene Johnston; niece-in-law, Joanna Cherry; great-niece-in-laws, Kelly Whitaker, Tasha Immenhort, and Crystal Blair; great-nephew-in-law, Skylar Riggs; great-great-niece and nephew-in-laws, David Whittaker, Cecil Whittaker, Kane Day, Reese Tolman, Deacan Clark, Davina Clark, Daron Clark and Kayden Hartwell.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.

A celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at the Rudicel Family Event Center in North Vernon from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. 

Memorials in honor of Paul may be made through the funeral home for expenses.
