Paula D. (Buss) Lemon

Paula D. Lemon, 71, of North Vernon, passed away on April 13, 2024, at her residence.

Born November 8, 1952, in Muncie, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Patsy (White) Buss. She married Al Lemon on June 8, 1995, in Sevierville, Tennessee; he preceded her in death. 

Paula was 1971 graduate of Yorktown High School and was a homemaker and housewife. She enjoyed the beach and spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her son, Nolan (Leeann) Stanley of North Vernon; stepson, Allan (Rachael) Lemon of Tennessee; brother, Gary Buss of New Castle; sister, Carolyn Turner of Tennessee; and grandchildren, Liam Stanley, and Alex Stanley, both of North Vernon, and Haylee Lemon of Tennessee.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and brother, Bill “Billy” Buss.

A funeral for Paula will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 19, 2024, at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service. The visitation for family and friends will be 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday. Burial will follow in the Hayden Cemetery in Hayden.

Memorials may be made in honor of Paula through the funeral home for expenses.
