Raymond Donald "Donnie" Hamilton

Raymond Donald “Donnie” Hamilton, 68, of Columbus, passed away at 6:56 p.m. on December 10, 2025.

Born March 26, 1957, in Jackson County, Indiana, he was the son of Raymond and Ruth (Driver) Hamilton. He married Willow Duncan on September 16, 1995, in North Vernon, Indiana; she survives.

Donnie was a 1975 graduate of Jennings County High School. He owned Don’s Mobile Air Conditioning for several years and he worked at Lowes Distribution Center for two years in the receiving department. Donnie also worked for Dave’s Radiator Shop in Columbus for 10 years. Additionally, Donnie was also an EMT for Rescue 20 in North Vernon for 5 years, and an EMT in Seymour and Salem. Donnie was a member of a Harley Owners Group. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and going camping.

Surviving with his wife, Willow; sister, Viola (Micheal) Mitchner of Hartsville; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Richard Driver; and mother-in-law, Geraldine Duncan.

In keeping with the family’s wishes, no services are planned at this time.
