Risa Lynn Stacks

Risa Lynn Stacks, 69, of North Vernon, passed away at her home on Monday, December 9, 2024, at 2:33 a.m.

Born December 21, 1954, in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of the late Lorena Taylor and Joe Hickey. She married William Stacks, who preceded her in death.

Risa graduated from North Central High School in Indianapolis in 1972. She loved gardening, crocheting, decorating, and cats.

She is survived by her sisters, Terrie Lewis of Hanover, Sherrie Lewis of Marengo, and Sara (Shannon) Pate of Florida.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Joseph Hickey.

In keeping with her and her family’s wishes, cremation is planned with no services to be held at this time. Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon were entrusted to the care of these arrangements.
