Robert Earl “Bobby” Krueger, 69, of Greenwood, passed away at Aspen Trace in Greenwood on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 5:30 p.m.
Born December 24, 1954, in Waukegan, Illinois, he was the son of the late Robert C. and Rosalee Elaine (Phelps) Krueger.
Bobby graduated from the Indiana School for the Deaf in 1975. He was a farmer and a member of the Otter Creek Baptist Church in Nebraska. He enjoyed adult coloring, working jigsaw puzzles, and watching sports, especially Chicago teams.
He is survived by his sister, Kristine (Kenneth) Beyers, and his nephew, Kent M. Beyers, both of Greenwood.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A funeral service for Bobby will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon with Rev. Ryan Bailey officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the start of the service. Burial will follow in Vernon Cemetery in Vernon.
Memorial donations in honor of Bobby may be made through the funeral home to Gentiva Hospice in Greenwood.
