Sandra Irene "Sandi" Ray

Sandra Irene “Sandi” Ray, 35, of North Vernon, passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022, in North Vernon.

Born November 26, 1986, in El Paso, Texas, she was the daughter of William Ray Jr. and Kristi (Hunter) Ray.

Sandi enjoyed being outdoors in the woods and creeks, grilling out, camping, traveling, and being with her family and friends.

Survivors include her children, Zoey Ray and Daniel Ray; parents, William Ray Jr. and Kristi Ray; siblings, Kim Leahy, Katie Ray, and Seth Ray; grandparents, Jeri Hunter, Don Hunter, Maggie Ray and William Ray Sr.; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

A funeral service for Sandi will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Visitation for family and friends will be from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service.

Memorials may be made in honor of Sandi through the funeral home to donor’s choice of organization.
