Connie June Yeley

Connie June Yeley, 65, of North Vernon passed away at 2:17 p.m. on Thursday, December 21, 2017, at Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus.

Born August 14, 1952, in Seymour, Ms. Yeley was the daughter of Shelby Jean Willhite Marling and the late Eugene Wayne Yeley.

Ms. Yeley attended Jennings County High School and had worked for the former Ford Plant in North Vernon. She enjoyed walking and sun bathing.

She is survived by her daughter, Michelle (Andy) Weber of Seymour, Indiana; sons, Eric Justus of Jensen Beach, Florida and Billy Webb of Colorado; mother, Shelby Jean Marling of Paris Crossing; brothers, Rick Yeley of Seymour, and Damon (Debbie) Marling of Paris Crossing; sister, Angie (Gene) Rudicel of North Vernon; grandson, Jeremy Weber of Seymour and Jacob Jones of North Vernon, and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her father, Eugene Yeley; step-father, Max Marling and a grandson, Brett Weber.

A graveside service for Ms. Yeley will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 26, 2017, in the Cana Cemetery in Jennings County, with the Rev. Damon Marling officiating. Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services were entrusted with the care of these arrangements.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the United Christian Church.
