Norma Colleen Cain

Norma Colleen Cain, 79, of Scipio, Indiana passed away at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus, Indiana. Mrs. Cain was born on April 25, 1930 in Newburn, Indiana. She was the daughter of Floyd and Faye Weekly Shultz. She married Edwin Cain on July 10, 1948 in Carrollton, Kentucky. He survives. Mrs. Cain was a housewife and homemaker. Her hobbies included quilting and reading. Surviving with her husband are one son, Steve Cain and his wife Jean of Columbus, Indiana; one daughter, Gail Marshall and her husband Harvey of Columbus, Indiana; a daughter-in-law, Sandy Cain of Edinburg, Indiana; six grandchildren, Brian, Nathan and Seth Cain and Amanda Bott all of Columbus, Indiana, Cory Cain of Seymour, Indiana and Rachel Cain of Edinburgh, Indiana; eight great-grandchildren, Nick, Lucy, and Hazel Cain all of Seymour, Indiana, Devon, Brice and Audrey Cain of Florida, Trinity Bott and Mark Cain of Columbus, Indiana; one sister, Pauline Best of Columbus, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Mark Cain and one brother, Robert Shultz. Per the Families request no services are planned at this time.
